All about the jumping competitions
CSI or Concours de Saut International is the ranking system for jumping competitions. All CSI events are approved by the international governing body of equestrian sport, the FEI. The CSI is broken down into a starring system, where more competitive events with more prize money have a higher number of stars. Starring goes from 1 to 5.
- CSI3*: Horses must be at least 7 years old
- CSIYH: Competition for young jumping horses
